In year 1981, a corporate head office was established in Kuwait, and was named International Turnkey Systems (closed) - ITS. Since its inception, ITS has become a global source and an important provider of turnkey solutions and systems integration. With a professional IT team of over 2,000 members, ITS reported a revenue of $250 million during the 2008 fiscal year. Today, ITS offers its global services in over 35 countries.

The following graph shows the ITS income progress since 1996, when the total ITS sales income was less than $40 million. In 2008, ITS achieved the quarter of a billion USD milestone, and is in pursuit of the one billion USD mark. It aims to be an ICT company by the year 2015.
