Overview

ITS-Salary represents one of most important non-core banking systems in your bank. It handles the salary functions in the bank. Therefore, it is considered very vital and has a great importance to your bank as it integrates with your bank’s main bank functions. This module also includes a feature that creates output files that are compatible with central software (i.e. core banking systems). This feature enables you to transfer data from the Salary & Settlement application accurately to other software (i.e. Phoenix) that requires your banking data. This module has multitude functions including receiving external input files that contain the salary records either for your bank's clients or clientsor customers who belong to other banks.

ITS-Salary introduces a functionality that helps your bank manage the ATM transaction processing. It enables you to define charges for ATM transactions according to both response codes and ATM originators.

As per the POS settlement, the SSM enables your bank to process the daily files containing all POS transactions, through this utility, your bank has the ability to define cards for POS transactions, define charges on merchants based on the total sales amount and impose penalties for not achieving the predefined target sales amount.

ITS-Salary introduces within this manual a reliable facility that controls the salary process in your bank simply and more efficiently. You can define different types of salary providers and their file formats and you can also access charges on these providers for this utility.

Besides, the ITS-Salary provides your bank with a functionality that performs the merge process for approved salary BTF files as well as deduction files. It also enables you to define the information required for external input files that load the records sent from the utility provider containing salary records and deductions for the clients.

ITS-Salary manages other external bank's information to which the salary records of some employees who do not belong to your bank are transferred. This application also contains administrative information and controls for the bank's employees.
