Scope of Service

The comprehensive assessment process includes five steps to develop a detailed understanding of your storage infrastructure, business goals for data recovery, and recommendations for how to ensure the most reliable backup environment.

Discovery
The client completes a detailed questionnaire, and our consultant uses a proprietary analysis tool to gather data.

Analysis
The consultant performs an analysis of data to best practices, including capacity, compatibility, configuration, performance and utilization.

Interview: The consultant meets with the client to develop a better understanding of protection policies, infrastructure details and subjective data.

Identification: Information gathered is used to identify gaps in protection, then to formulate and prioritize recommendations to remedy gaps.

Presentation: The consultant’s presentation includes positive findings, critical gaps and recommendations, and provides a report detailing complete analysis results and recommendations.
