ITIL Service Delivery Manager

Job Location: Nigeria, Ghana, Bahrain and Jordan.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in Computer Science or Engineering
  • At least 10 -12 years of practical IT experience
  • At least 4 years successful practical experience in managing mission critical 24x7 Data Centre
  • Manages large group of technical support staff based on pre-defined service delivery KPIs
  • Team oriented approach to meeting business goals
  • Proven development of team members both technical and soft skills
  • Superior communication skills to various levels within the business as well as cross functionally
  • Strong track record of service orientation
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of ITIL (Information technology Infrastructure Library)
  • MBA certificate is a PLUS
  • Telecom Industry-oriented experience is an advantage
