ITIL Service Delivery Manager
Job Location: Nigeria, Ghana, Bahrain and Jordan.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science or Engineering
- At least 10 -12 years of practical IT experience
- At least 4 years successful practical experience in managing mission critical 24x7 Data Centre
- Manages large group of technical support staff based on pre-defined service delivery KPIs
- Team oriented approach to meeting business goals
- Proven development of team members both technical and soft skills
- Superior communication skills to various levels within the business as well as cross functionally
- Strong track record of service orientation
- Strong knowledge and understanding of ITIL (Information technology Infrastructure Library)
- MBA certificate is a PLUS
- Telecom Industry-oriented experience is an advantage
