Sales Account Manager – (Telecom, Banking, Enterprise Sector)
- Bachelors / Masters degree in Business Administration
- Sales account management skills for full turnkey solutions/software
- Having excellent experience for selling business solutions in Telecom, Banking ,Enterprise and Higher Education Sectors
- Minimum 5 years experience in similar position
- Knowledge of the features and applications of the various products and services being offered; understand the features, applications and differences of competitors' products and services; knows the claims being made by competitors and how to effectively respond.
- Knowledge of effective sales techniques such as prospecting for clients, probing customer needs, interviewing, sales presentations, and closing the sale.
- Knowledge of the computer market within his sales area, and monitors activities that may affect sales and profitability.
- Knowledge of effective customer service policies, principles, and techniques.
- Skill in utilising appropriate interpersonal styles and methods of communication to gain agreement or acceptance of an idea, plan, or product from clientele.
