In continuation of its support for university students in Kuwait, ITS organizes “Watani” Training program for the fifth successive year to support and employ students’ skills and capabilities. El-‘Enzy: We held three courses this year for our students as we are keen to train the largest number of students in order to be able to join the labor market. This is done within the frame of ITS social responsibility towards employing and developing the Kuwaiti human resources.The International Turnkey Systems Group (ITS); the leading provider of cutting-edge integrated information technology solutions and one the Kuwait-Finance-House affiliates, has organized Watani training program for the fifth year, which took almost four weeks. A number of university and higher-education students from different majors have participated in this program. This is done within the frame of ITS’s supporting the skills and capabilities of Kuwaiti youth who are to join the labor market soon.
ITS recently arranged a training session for First Aid, CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) and AED (Automated External Defibrillator) at Al-Salam International Hospital for 14 employees, as a part of its initiative of "Wellbeing" for all its employees.
"ITS First Aid, CPR and AED training session held at Al-Salam International Hospital is an extension to ITS-HR "Wellbeing" Initiative which is considered the umbrella for all its programs and trainings related to overall health with topics including resilience, stress levels, burnout, emotional intelligence, exercise, diet, and happiness. ITS values its employees and is keen on their health and safety, therefore the First Aid training aims to spread awareness amongst employees to enable them to intervene in case of a sudden crisis", said Elham Hussain, ITS-HR representative.

In the context of its support of the capabilities and skills of the Kuwaiti youth entering the labor market, International Turnkey System (ITS) the leading integrated information technology solutions and software services provider – a subsidiary of Kuwait Finance House- launched its fourth "Watani" training program, which lasted for almost 4 weeks, with participants from universities and higher education institutes in the State of Kuwait from various specializations needed in the Kuwaiti labor market.
