Born in Egypt and the current CCO of ITS group, Mr. Meneassy holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from Sadat Academy for Management Sciences, Egypt.
After Graduation, Mr. Meneassy worked as a programmer at Domaco, Egypt, and as a team leader, designer, and developer at Orascom, Egypt. He was also among Fujistu staff, he started working for them as a product consultant in 1995, got promoted twice as a senior product consultant in 1997, and a banking products and solutions manager in 2000. He joined the ITS group for the first time in April 2006 as Egypt branch manager, worked for HP as a financial sector sales manager in April 2008, and was the CEO of DTS from April 2009 till May 2012.
He later re-joined ITS in May 2012 as the regional manager of Africa region. Mr. Meneassy’s activities involve developing and implementing strategies for the entire company, developing the growth plan with the Board, managing the teams, developing and Implementing products and solutions business plans, building and managing strategic plans for the main customers.
Mr. Meneassy has been seeking development opportunities in emerging markets. He increased the company’s profitability by 280%, built and managed new branches and operations in many countries such as Egypt, Sudan, Libya, Tunisia, and Morocco, and penetrated new markets like Mauritania, Morocco, Zambia, Uganda, Namibia, Algeria, and Ethiopia. He got the opportunity to lead the sales and operation teams in Africa, achieve the operational and financial targets, and increase the return-per-customer by 28%.
