Esam is an accomplished software executive with over 30 years of experience in the software industry. As the CEO of ITS, Esam is responsible for running all facets of the business. Prior to joining ITS, Esam had a proven executive management track record in strategic planning, project management, and quality control. Previously, Esam headed sales divisions in multiple organizations leading the transformation into an enterprise-focused company while growing year-on-year sales. He has held several executive positions throughout his eight years at GBM, IBM’s reseller in the Gulf.

Formerly, Esam was the IT Strategic Department Manager at the Central Bank of Kuwait, the Executive Vice president for Sales and the COO at Path Solutions, the Sales Director for Rekaz Systems, the Business Development Manager for the Financial Services Industry at Hasibat Information Technologies, and the Business Development Manager at Gulf Business Machines. Esam also served on the board of directors of the Industrial Bank of Kuwait.

In terms of academic credentials, Esam has earned a BS degree in Computer Engineering from the University of the Pacific and a General Management Program from Harvard Business School.

Throughout his career, he has focused on implementing strategic projects, managed functions such as Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Project Management, Business Process Re-Engineering, and Executive Management in the Banking and Financial Services as well as IT industries.

Having managed innovative structures for the past two decades, he has overseen the rise of digital transformation and business models and used social channels for customer acquisition and engagement. This has led him to achieve remarkable results in terms of guiding organizations towards innovation, growth, and profitability.

As the CEO of ITS, Mr. Alkheshnam’s activities involve innovation, improving operations and services that yield positive results with a special focus on working closely with clients to maintain existing partnerships and initiate new ones.

With the overlooking of projects running within the company and the team’s success rates, his efforts to automate internal procedures have enhanced productivity. He worked his way up to transforming the company from a project-based company to a product-based one.
