ITS and Huawei, a leading global information and communications technology solutions provider, today announced Huawei’s purchase of ITS’ Business Support System (BSS) division. The combination of capabilities and experience from the two firms will create a one-stop shop with world-class, customized ICT solutions for customers in the Middle East and Africa.

Subject to the required regulatory approvals from competent authorities, the transaction is expected to close in October, 2011.
